I think it is time to move forward. I believe that Ashutosh sir should hand over the reins of SKDF to either Dani, VMK or Shadi sirs. The reason that I am not in favour of dissolving it in the US is so that  volunteers like myself based in the US can continue to contribute towards the WBs in India. But if there are legal complications involved, so be it.

I would suggest that Ashutosh sir make either (or all) of the above named people signatories to the bank account in the US. That way they would have access to the records and will be able paint the clear picture sooner rather than later. Since it is obvious to me from the exchanges that Ashutosh sir is ready to hand over the running of SKDF. (and Ashutosh sir if you are not ready, i cant fathom why after all as happened you would still want to hang on. my humble request to you is to hand over the reins to the new team) Let us begin the transition sooner than later so that we can devote our time and energies in strengthening the WBs in India.

Yes we have missed a great opportunity in not capitalizing on an outraged group of individuals electrified into action. Let us not lose anymore opportunities!

Dear Ashutosh,

Please do the needful at the earliest for the benefit of all. You can stop this vituperation by taking concrete actions. Please handover reins of SKDF releasing full control. You could remain a member and continue to support its initiatives. Believe me you will regain your shine in the eyes of people. This is the only way a dormant organisation can be rejuvenated.

I humbly pray to you with folded hands and from the bottom of my heart to kindly detach from SKDF as a owner / director, give up full control and turn into an ordinary member. 

I am quite certain that if you explain the background and circumstances correctly to your family or friends they too would advise you the same. This will be your second biggest contribution to society after the one of founding SKDF.

Humey ek cheez dhyan me rakhni chahiye. Ees email group ka koi bhi vyakti, kisi aur ko nicha dikhana nahi chahata. Sablog yahi chahte hain ki SKDF ek jeeti, jagti aur chamakti sanstha baney.

We are all defacto members of SKDF (by mind and heart). In a democracy, one should bow to the wishes of the majority unless you feel there is a malafide intention which I think does not exist in this case. With a team spirit, together, we will shake the governance in tandem.

APART from the above THREE mentioned, SKDF had collected RUPEES from DONORS. We do not have ACCOUNT for this. Ashutosh Aman Mishra, Atal Bansal and Moderator of SKDF yahoogroup Kalyan Panda knows all about this. These THREE are COVERING each other. Kalyan Panda covers for both Ashutosh Aman Mishra and Atal Bansal.

These THREE might have got paid from different sources in RUPEES in INDIA. Which we all do not know.

Atal Bansal must have got support fron Govt. at that time for his BUSINESS. We do not know.

Atal Bansal and Ashutosh Aman Mishra has not given SPECIFIC REASONS for WHY SKDF USA delayed in TRANSFERRING FUNDS to FAMILY of martyr SKD. 

SKDF USA was pressed hard during that time in 2004 by then SKDF members like Rajesh, Sanjay and others about the FUNDS. Atal Bansal gave several reasons. Which we all can't TRSUT Atal Bansal in USA.  This gives SUSPICIOUS nature of HANDLING of FUNDS collected by SKDF USA.

I(VMK) thinks FUNDS Collected in the name of martyr SKD were not in BANK ACCOUNT of SKDF USA. It might have been TRANSFERRED out of the ACCOUNT of SKDF USA. When former SKDF members pressed Atal Bansal and Ashutosh Aman Mishra in 2004, FUNDS slowly started coming back into SKDF USA account. I think, then the funds were TRANSFERRED to family of martyr SKD.

DKD need to write to all of us about exactly when family got the money. Dates and Amounts from SKDF USA. We need to know this from DKD.

That is why SKDF USA does not want to release any CHECKS Written from the begining, Bank Statements from the begining and list of the DONORS and how much they have paid. No one in INDIA or USA knows about this. Only people know is Atal Bansal and Ashutosh Aman Mishra. These two IITians are not releasing any information about BANK ACCOUNTS of SKDF USA. These two are giving room for RUMOURS in SKDF USA by using the name of martyr SKD.

SKDF in USA does not have Tax-Exemption Letter from IRS. But on the website of SKDF it is mentioned as Not-for-Profit Organization Incorporated in Florida State. This leads to more confusion to people. When some one writes Not-for-Profit organization in USA all think it is a 501 (c) (3) Tax Exempted from IRS. This is MISLEADING the DONORS in USA.

SKDF USA, has not provided any CHECKS written from the begining of SKDF yet !!
