I wonder how they can be asking for the funds when
they refused to give any accountability of the past
one.

Synopsis

A young man graduates from India’s most elite brand, makes a
conscious choice and takes road less traveled. Instead of rushing to
join universities abroad or prestigious companies in India, he decides
to go back to his roots and help build a road.

* A road that is Prime Minister’s dream project. * A road that
is full of hurdles and discomfort, both mental and physical. * A road
that ultimately leads to his own death.

This is the story of Satyendra Dubey, his life and times, his dreams and
disappointments, his murder and the public outrage that followed –
An outrage that still needs to be kept alive for positive activism and
change.

Satyendra Dubey is not dead, there are countless Dubeys scattered over
the length and breadth of India’s villages and small towns, cities
and metros, who dare to tell the truth and face the consequences. They
do this, knowing full well that public support will be rare and public
memory even shorter. And yes, many of them die pursuing this goal,
unsung and forgotten; some at a young age of 31. This film is as much
about and for them, as it is for Satyendra Dubey.
